DRAFT — AWAITING YOUR APPROVAL
THE PROCESS
No software to learn. No dashboard to check. We built this for owners who have a business to run.
STEP 1 — FIVE MINUTES
Export it from your CRM or POS — we show you how. We sign a data-protection agreement, then clean and verify every address before anything sends.
STEP 2 — YOU SIGN OFF
We write your win-back sequence and send you the exact emails. Nothing goes out until you sign off — the system refuses to send copy nobody approved.
STEP 3 — ONGOING
Emails go out under your business name. Replies, bookings, and redemptions come to you. Every Monday you get a one-page report: sent, clicked, replied, redeemed — and what it earned you.
WHAT ACTUALLY SENDS
Not a blast. Not a newsletter. A short, respectful sequence that re-opens the relationship — with a one-click unsubscribe on every email, and a hard stop at the end.
DAY 0
A warm re-introduction. Reminds them who you are and invites them back — no pressure, no discount begging.
DAY 3
Brief and low-key, for the people who meant to reply and got busy. This is where a lot of responses come from.
DAY 7
Your offer, with a code they can quote when they book — which is what lets us tie a booking back to the campaign.
DAY 14
A final, graceful note. Then we stop. Nobody gets pestered — that protects your name, which is the asset here.
WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GET
These are the two things the system produces: the email your customer opens, and the report you read on Monday. Both are shown below exactly as they are built — with made-up numbers, because we will not invent a client.
SAMPLE EMAIL — SYNTHETIC DATA
Sent under your name, from your domain, with your address in the footer. Four things on every single send:
Hi Sarah,
It's been about fourteen months since we last serviced your furnace, and with the cold coming we wanted to check in — not with a sales pitch, just a note.
If you'd like to get a tune-up on the calendar before the first freeze, reply to this email or book online and we'll find a time that works.
Mention COMEBACK25 when you book and we'll take 25% off the visit.
Book your tune-up— Mike, Hudson Valley Heating & Air
SAMPLE REPORT — SYNTHETIC DATA
One page, every week. It leads with the numbers that mean something and labels the ones that don't.
Recorded sale value, from the 3 of 5 redemptions you gave us a figure for: $1,340
The other 2 came without a sale value. At your average ticket of $420, they are worth an estimated $840.
Recorded figures are yours; the estimate covers only the redemptions with no amount logged, so the two add up rather than overlap. Rounded down.

"I built this system myself, end to end. I'm not a marketing agency reselling someone else's software — I'm an engineering student from Delmar who thinks local businesses deserve the same machinery the big chains have. If I don't think it'll work for your business, I'll tell you on the first call."

QUESTIONS
No. We only email your past customers — people with a real prior relationship with your business. Every email carries your business name and address and a one-click unsubscribe, and anyone who opts out is suppressed permanently. That last part isn't a policy, it's the code: the system refuses to send an email that lacks your postal address or an unsubscribe link, it re-checks the opt-out list at the moment of sending rather than trusting an old export, and every opt-out is written to an audit log. We build to CAN-SPAM and the Gmail and Yahoo bulk-sender standards.
It's used only to run your campaigns, protected with industry-standard safeguards, never sold or shared, and deleted 30 days after we part ways. Opt-outs are the one exception: those records are kept permanently, because the only way to honor an unsubscribe forever is to remember it forever. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
About 45 minutes total: a 15-minute fit call, a 5-minute list export, and reviewing the emails before launch. After that, the only thing that needs you is the reply that lands in your inbox.
Then the pilot ends and you owe nothing at all — it was free, and the setup fee and monthly service only ever begin if you choose to continue. You keep the cleaned list and the data. We only ask that you let the full 30 days run — a sequence judged at day nine hasn't finished happening yet.
You could. What you're buying is the part that isn't a tool: list cleaning and verification, deliverability management so you don't burn your domain, copy written and tested for win-backs, compliance handled, and a weekly report tying it to dollars. The tool is the easy half.
A Purdue engineering student who builds and runs the whole system himself, based in Delmar, and answers his own phone. That's a feature: you talk to the person who built it.
